Stop OverEating: Here's An Incredibly Easy Method That Works For All!
Updated: Nov 11, 2022

I Love Going to My Aunt's House!
As soon as I open the door the smell of warm cinnamon, sugar, and fresh baked bread hit my nose like a tsunami.
I walk into the kitchen to find the oooey-gooey deliciousness, piping hot and dripping with snow white icing.
I can hear an ever so soft sizzle as she takes them from the oven and places them onto the counter.
Swirls of cinnamon and sugar through the buttery dough are enough to make my mouth start to water.
I pick one up, still hot to the touch, and pull apart the dough like a string of taffy. It is so soft and fluffy inside.
My fingers become sticky and covered in icing as I slowly savor every. single. heavenly bite.
My Aunt Makes The Best Homemade Cinnamon Rolls Ever!!
And I would wager to bet that now, you want one too!
Not only that, but I am going bet that you don't know this little secret that both the diet industry and big food companies have known for years.
Are you ready?
Here it is:
While you may think you have 100% control over what goes in your mouth, you don't!
Unfortunately, for years we've been conditioned to believe the reason we're fat is because we're glutinous, lack will power, and just cant stop eating.
It's always easier to blame the consumer for not following the plan, right?
But the truth is, and what science is just now discovering, is that we have multiple hormonal systems influencing our decision of when and what to eat, hour by hour, minute by minute.
It's literally NOT your fault your ransacking the pantry at 10pm looking for a midnight snack.
Or that you can't resist your aunt's cinnamon rolls even though you promised yourself you were just going over for the coffee and company.
It's called homeostasis and your body likes it. A lot!!
You see, your bodies fat regulation is under automatic hormonal control, just like breathing!
Therefore, since your hormones are in control, they overrule you and your willpower goes out the window!
When we go on a calorie restriction diet, hormonal signals that stimulate hunger increase.
Your body is literally begging you to eat in order to regain the lost weight because it is afraid of change.
In addition, when we restrict calories the hormones that signal us to feel full, decrease.
What does this mean? With increased hunger and decreased satiety, the desire to eat feels uncontrollable.
In his book, The Obesity Code, Dr. Fung says it like this;
"This has nothing whatsoever to do with a lack of willpower or any kind of moral failure. It's a normal hormonal fact of life. We feel hungry, cold, tired and depressed. These are all real, measurable physical effects of calorie restriction."
Or simply put, it is harder for people who have lost weight in the past to resist food. And that, my friend, is the reason why we gain it back, and then some. So what's a girl to do?
Well you could do what I did, which was something radically different than anything I'd ever done before!
I started LISTENING to my body and what MY body was telling me I needed for the first time in my life!
I stopped counting calories and started counting on my body to let me know what it needed.
What I didn't realize until I had lost all my weight is that I actually adopted two powerful lifestyle changes that are simple, effective, and sustainable for life.
They are so simple in fact, anyone can do them even you!
The approach I took to weight loss is supported by science and quickly becoming mainstream within the medical community.
I am no longer afraid to be around food. I no longer have the shame or guilt for eating something "off plan" or "falling off the wagon".
I actually enjoy food now! I love to try new restaurants and recipes I've found in my mom's old cookbooks!
But what I love the most about my new lifestyle is actually being able to sit down and share the SAME meal with my family and friends.
So, let me ask you, where are you struggling?
Are you fed up with feeling out of control around food?
Are you sick of feeling hungry, tired and depressed on your calorie restricted diet?
Are you ready to end the yo-yo dieting roller coaster you've been on all your life and finally make lasting, sustainable changes to your weight and overall health?
How can I help you finally be successful with your weight loss goals?
I can't wait to hear from you!
Katherine
