Overweight and Miserable. Something Had to Change.

Feeling stuck and powerless to make changes in life is a crippling and debilitating feeling.


In 2019 I was overweight and miserable!


I knew I needed to make a change but every diet I'd tried worked in the beginning but wasn't sustainable.


I'd lose 5 pounds only to gain back 10! Can you relate?


I was stuck wondering should I do low-carb? Low-calorie? Low-sugar? Low glycemic index? I mean, who has time to count macros or pack enough food for six meals a day, right?


I'd spent way too many days and nights chopping vegetables and portioning out meals I did NOT want to go back there. I know you feel me on this one!


I just got sick and tired of being sick and tired!


After all my attempts at weight loss, I started to give up on the 'one size fits all' approach but I didn't quite know what the answer was.


That's when I decided to write my own diet playbook!


I decided I didn't want to give up the foods I loved, OR cream and sugar in my coffee!!! And, therefore, I didn't!


I started by eating one small meal a day and continued to drink my coffee with cream and sugar.


I instantly started seeing weight loss. I eventually lost over 50 pounds in a matter of months and felt better than I felt in my 20's.


What was different this time? I started doing things differently! I stopped listening to all the noise the in the diet industry.


This time, I approached weight loss differently than anyone had ever taught me before.


I actually started listening to MY body and honing in on what MY body needed to be healthy for the first time in my life!


Not only did I lose 50 pounds, I've successfully kept it off for over two years! I dropped 4 sizes!!


The plan I created for myself is simple, effective, and sustainable for life. Anyone can do it, even you!


Everyday I go to sleep and wake up excited to be living this new life I created.
